I love watching adventure stories, especially when they pull back the curtain on the work required to tell them well. Salomon\u2019s short documentary, The Women Who Took Over UTMB, does exactly that, following an all-women photo, video, and social team as they cover UTMB<\/a>, one of trail running\u2019s largest and most demanding events.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

The team is there to document 23 Salomon athletes across five races and nearly 400 kilometers of mountain terrain over six days. They\u2019re navigating unpredictable weather, road closures, long drives around the Mont Blanc massif, patchy connectivity, tight turnaround times, and the physical effort of carrying heavy camera kits to the places where the most compelling moments might unfold.<\/p>\n
